Violin and Voice Lynette Langmead

Born in East Africa Lynette studied piano from the age of three, first picking out tunes at her grandmother's knee! She took up the violin at the age of six. From school in Malvern, Worcestershire, she won the Oxford Music Festival on several occasions and then a music scholarship to The King' s School, Gloucester, later entering the Birmingham Conservatoire to study violin. She gained her LRSM under ESO Co-leader Janet Masters and now teaches piano and violin to forty private pupils. She also sings with Aldwyn voices.
